The current Roasters Choice is a single-origin, organic Arusha Blue Mountain arabica. This bean was grown in the highlands of Papua New Guinea. We brought it to a medium roast to accentuate its flavors. As a variation of Bourbon and Typica, Arusha presents citrus and nutty flavor with a full body mouthfeel. normally very rich in flavor with a very pleasant aftertaste.  We have about 30lbs roasted on hand, so it is an extremely limited supply, get it while you can!

This is the new home for our most exclusive beans, Roasters Choice, perfect for someone who is an all around coffee fiend, doesn't mind experiencing new flavors, and truly appreciates the almost boundless variety the coffee world has to offer. The more interest and love our Roaster Choice blends receive, the crazier we can get with it.

 Sometimes it'll be a simple single origin that we already have on hand, an experimental blend we're trying out, or a higher dollar premium single origin. Whatever it ends up being at the time, it will always be a single batch, so limited quantities. The contents of the Roasters Choice will be ever-revolving, so don't worry about getting the same thing twice. However, if a particular blend or origin gets enough positive feedback and praise, we're more than happy to add it as a staple store item.
